When I was younger lad I would have the weirdest dreams, but this one was probably one of the coolest I've ever had since.
I was walking to school, like I would any other day. The route didn't seem any different and nothing felt abnormal. It takes usually 15 minutes to make it to school from where I live, but I noticed that it was taking much longer. So I started thinking why. So I'm looking around to see if I'm taking a different path and just as I turn my head behind me I notice a very vibrant yellow bus, like neon colored, pass me. I thought that was extremely bizarre and continued. I took three steps and realized I was dreaming. I could feel the world in that moment start tearing and I could feel myself be pulled out of the dream, but I took one step and leaped up into to the air. I could feel myself pushing past the air around me as I jumped over 50 into the sky. My focus then diverted to the sensation of going up and down like a feather. I can't remember what happened next, but I do remember giggling with glee at my first lucid dream and that I had beaten my own focus and distracted myself with something as awesome as near flight. :)
